Chris Cataldo: Certified Yoga Teacher
Chris has been practicing yoga since 2008. During his first classes, he was captivated by the challenging nature of the physical practice. As an avid runner and cyclist, he appreciated the ways in which yoga helped strengthen and keep his body flexible. Gradually the practice began to reach him on a deeper level and in more subtle ways. As his journey continued, Chris noticed that yoga brought not only physical benefits, but also mental calmness and a sense of peace. After practicing steadily for a few years, he decided to take his practice to the next level by enrolling in a teacher certification program.
Chris completed his 200-hour certification through Sacred Space Yoga School. In his classes he likes to draw from a variety of different styles to make a challenging yet enjoyable experience for students of all abilities. One of his goals is to use his experience from other athletic endeavors to reach out to students who might not view yoga as something that is right for them. He strives to create an environment where students are encouraged to challenge their limits and leave class with a sense of how yoga can benefit their mind, body, and spirit.
